Q. What is the difference between a servicedesk and a helpdesk?
A. A ServiceDesk is a website that provides a central place for users to log in.  The helpdesk is a specific application within a ServiceDesk that is used for logging and responding to requests for help.

Logging Tickets
Q. Do visitors to my helpdesk need to log on or sign up for an account in order to create tickets?
A. No.  Anyone can visit your website and create their own ticket.

Ticket Management
Q. A ticket has been added but I can't see it in the Ticket Manager screen?
A. Make sure you are a member of the category the ticket belongs to. (See Managing Users)
