Overview

RedCape enables your organisation to provide a central place for you to communicate and manage your customers, suppliers and staff.

RedCape does this by giving you your own personalised ServiceDesk and one or more Applications installed on that ServiceDesk.

 
ServiceDesk

A ServiceDesk is a personalised website that can have one or more applications installed in order to provide different services to your customers, staff and suppliers.

The most common application used is the Helpdesk Application which is used for logging and managing requests from your staff, suppliers or customers.

 
Customisable

RedCape is customisable to your organisation and needs.  You can both customise the colours and logo used on your personalised Service Desk website and you can also configure how the Service Desk works to best suit your organisations needs and working practice.

 
Applications

The RedCape ServiceDesk gives you a framework for you to provide different services for your customers.  The power in RedCape comes from the Applications that are installed.  The most commonly used Application is the Helpdesk Application that is used for logging requests and manging them through to completion.
