Redcape is made up of a team of technology and design professionals based in the UK.  The team works in various locations throughout the UK with the head office based in London, UK.

We want Redcape to be the world's number one customer service and helpdesk system.  We intend to reach this goal by improving on our competitors' helpdesk functionality as well as developing Redcape's features in direct response to what our customers require.  As new features are identified by our customers, our team rapidly develops and adds them to Redcape.

Technical Director
Paul Bullivant is the lead developer on the project.   Paul is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over ten years experience in IT Support and Software Development.  Combining his experience in both fields, Paul has been able to rapidly produce redcape from the ground up with a design that is focused on ease of use and an excellent customer experience.

Creative Director
Jon Low aka 'Chinese Elvis' is the beauty behind the brains.  The entire name, visual concept and look of redcape was developed in his studio in Liverpool.  Inspired by the curtains in his local cinema, redcape is a fresh new look for the web scene.  Jon has over 8 years experience in graphic design and dances like the king of rock and roll.

Operations Director
Alexander Mostowfi is responsible for the day to day running of Redcape.  With over 10 years experience implementing corporate database networks, he is the ideal candidate to make sure that Redcape is a smooth operation from the start.
